day 1

True quote in this picture I must say!  Sure its been a tough day but I have been extremely good!   I woke up a little grumpy.   Not because I knew today was the beginning to an end, but because my sleep was rubbish LOL. I had a total of 1 cig during my working hours today but a total of 3 all day.   Didn’t even get to have one with my morning coffee! Maybe that was why the coffee tasted different? LOL. When I went out at lunch today I sat on the usual seat next to the bin with the ashtray attached.  Not a good move.  Sure I lit up a cig and the burning of the ashtray beside me was killing me with the stench of the smoke.  I had that smoke and can’t say I “enjoyed” it because I didn’t.  So, I left that spot and went back upstairs to my desk. In the lift up I was feeling really “giddy” not a good feeling that’s for sure.   Yep I must say that should have been my lesson learnt.  But no I leave work and lit up again L  Yep ashamed. This is going to be tough but I am doing good.   Tomorrow I am going to try even harder to better then I did today!  I can do it, I know I can!
